We are Meticulous About Hair

It says it all in our name, Meticulous Hair. We are a female-owned and operated salon that specializes in ironing out the smallest of details. We set the bar on quality and believe that nothing should be sacrificed when it comes to your hair. Whether you are starting a new job, going on a big date, or simply changing your hair for the seasons, the stylists here at Meticulous Hair got your back! No matter what your style is, we will find the style that represents you best and helps you stand out from the masses, in addition to feeling confident and fabulous. Policies

  • Booking Policies

    • There will be price increases to some services. (Please reference when booking).
    • Forms of accepted payment: Cash (Please have exact change, change is not available) Debit, Credit, Meticulous Hair Gift Cards, Zelle, and Venmo.
    • All clients must book online. 
    • Remember, every stylist is an independent contractor of Meticulous Hair Salon. Pricing, booking, and procedures may vary. If there are any questions, address your stylist.
    • You can book with any stylist @ METICULOUSHAIRSALON.COM
    • All stylists and their contact info are on the Meticulous Hair website. (Each stylist may have his/her own website, please check with them.)
    • If you have trouble booking, please contact Monica Price. Credit card info is required to secure your appointment.
    • It is your responsibility as a client to make sure your appointment is booked and secure.
    • No children unless being serviced. If there is a special circumstance and you must bring your child, please arrange with your stylist to be the first or last client of the day.
    • If your child is being serviced, you cannot sit with them unless you are receiving service. Please wait up front if there is adequate space.
    • Please be mindful that the times listed are guesstimates based on the previous client's appointment, and your stylist may run behind. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your appointment under time restraints. If your stylist is running behind, please address them in private.
  • Owner Policies

    • Everyone, including the stylist, gets a 20 minute grace period.
    • ‍For clients: If you are over 20 minutes late, you will be required to pay a $15 late fee added to your service cost.
    • 25+ minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and you will be subjected to a $25 cancellation fee due immediately or before you can book again.
    • ‍For stylists: If a stylist is over 20 minutes late, you will receive a $15 credit towards your service cost.
    • 25+ minutes late, your stylist may have to cancel and/or reschedule, and you will also receive a $25 credit towards your next booked service immediately.
  • Salon Policies

    • If you call during working hours and your stylist does not respond, please be mindful that they are with a client and text them.
    • Please give all calls/texts regarding appointments and/or service 24 hours for a response.
    • No Call / No Show: You will be charged 100% of your service. 
    • All services include shampoo, conditioning rinse, and blow-dry unless otherwise specified. 
    • If you are booking a sew-in and bundle service, please choose the $50 bundle deposit option.
    • If your $50 bundle deposit is not paid, your bundles will not be reserved.
    • If you are booking a braiding service over $100, there will be a $25 deposit that goes toward your service.
    • Please choose the $25 deposit option, or your appointment will be canceled.
    • There is a $75 wig deposit on all custom / handmade wigs. The deposit will go towards the service cost.
    • Please choose that option when booking and pay the deposit immediately. 
    • If you are booking a basic braid service (braid hair is included in the price) please specify hair color.
    • If you do not specify color, we will assume you are bringing your own hair. 
    • If you book a specialty braid service such as Goddess Box Braids, please submit a photo and hair color immediately after booking or within 2 hours.
  • COVID-19 Precautions

    • Everyone must wear a mask upon entering the salon.
    • ‍Your mask can only be removed when instructed by a stylist.
    • ‍If your stylist is not ready for you, please wait upfront (if there is adequate space for social distancing).
    • ‍If not, please wait outside or in your car until your stylist is ready for you.
    • (When your stylist is ready for you, they will call, text, or come get you.)
